For the "La Dolce Vita" project, it was all about planning a family trip that included a beautiful wedding in Rapallo and a vacation in Nice and Lake Como. The goal was to make sure everyone enjoyed the wedding and had a great time exploring Europe, with all the details carefully arranged for a smooth and relaxing experience.
Restaurant Reservations: With guests of varying group sizes, I coordinated dinner reservations well in advance. For instance, in Nice, multiple seatings were arranged at popular restaurants like Boca Mar and Les Bains to accommodate everyone comfortably. This involved liaising with restaurant staff to create special dining experiences tailored to the group’s needs.
Personalized Guest Experience: One of the key goals was to ensure each guest felt cared for and could relax without having to worry about the details. To achieve this, I created a customized itinerary for everyone, tailored to their preferences:
Free-Time Recommendations: Beyond the planned events, I curated lists of recommended activities, local hotspots, and dining options in each city. For example, in Rapallo, I included local restaurant suggestions for guests who were not attending the intimate family dinner at Hostaria Vecchia.
Event Reminders and Details: Each part of the trip, whether it was a Provence wine tour or a boat trip on Lake Como, was outlined with clear times and directions, including any special details like what to pack or wear. Shuttles and transfers were pre-arranged, so guests could relax and enjoy the journey.
